Integrative Rehab and Wellness, Inc. is an out of network provider. We accept cash, check, credit card, and Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) cards. We can also provide you with the information you need to file a physical therapy claim with your insurance company to see if you are eligible for reimbursement.
Visits must be used within a 12-month period and may be shared by family members. Gift certificates are also available.
